The four of us were looking for a new adventure, and I had heard Trout Lake Creek was running. Everyone we talked to said it was too low and that they had never done it before... so naturaly it seemed like the thing to do. We found the ledges at the takeout bridge to look runable and exciting, so we headed up to the put in.

| We had a hard time finding a good place to put in, so we headed to Guller Lane, home of the Trout Lake Country Inn. The run has a bar at the put--in... how bad could it be? |

| Brandon at the put-in. |
| Chris runs the first significant drop. |
The run starts off pretty mellow, and has a few fun rapids. Most are Class III-III+ ledges with small holes and waves. Pretty fun stuff, but really short. Everything was boat scoutable and clean.

| Alex at the bottom of the main drop. |
| There were a few small logs, but nothing too hazardous. Pretty slow water leading into them. |

| The shuttle rig with 4 boats and 4 boaters. This was the scariest part of the trip. |
| We made it back to the Trout Lake Country Inn without incident. |
