This was a spectacular day on the river… it was just that good. It all started with the first use of my new orange Bliss Stick Mystic, on its christening voyage. I forgot the PBR I wanted to use, so I got to just do my own little thing as we got in the river. The trip went fantastically well. Andy swam 3 people at the second part of initiation, and there were lots of boats getting stuck all over the place, but overall, it was really good.
All of the rapids: Initiation, Ram’s Horn, Climax, High Bridge, and the Flume all went smoothly. It was actually pretty funny and Heather and Generr were sure I was going to swim. Good stuff for sure. As we paddled out on the lake, the sun came out and it was totally beautiful. The kayakers too a bunch of funny underwater pictures of us flipping over and
